DESCRIPTION
The SBL series constant temperature ultrasonic cleaning machine is a specialized instrument developed for chemical reactions, chemical synthesis, biopharmaceutical synthesis, biomaterial degradation, recombination, traditional Chinese medicine extraction, and precision instrument component temperature control cleaning that require constant temperature and ultrasonic treatment. The instrument is easy to use, and the ultrasound power, time, and temperature can be set. And the working parameters have power-off memory and temperature accuracy of ± 2 ℃, which cannot be achieved by ordinary ultrasound and can meet the different experimental requirements of experimenters.
Working principle
By using a transducer, the sound energy of the power ultrasonic frequency source is converted into mechanical vibration, and the ultrasonic waves are radiated into the cleaning solution in the tank through the cleaning tank wall. Due to the radiation of ultrasonic waves, microbubbles in the liquid inside the tank can rapidly expand and rupture under the action of sound waves. The high-strength shear force generated during rupture acts on various samples, thereby achieving cleaning, extraction, emulsification, accelerated dissolution, crushing, dispersion, and other functions.
